Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CalendarHub. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use CalendarHub.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and CalendarHub ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the CalendarHub platform available at calendarhub.in and its associated mobile and web applications (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "Sign Up", or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
CalendarHub is a cloud-based scheduling and calendar management platform. The Service allows users to:
- Create and manage meeting types and availability windows
- Share personalised booking pages for external scheduling
- Connect and synchronise with Google Calendar
- Automatically generate Google Meet conference links
- Send and receive booking confirmations and reminders via email
- Manage team workspaces and multi-user scheduling
- Access AI-powered meeting transcriptions and summaries (where available)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
3. Account Registration
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. CalendarHub is intended for professional and personal scheduling use by individuals and organisations.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@calendarhub.in of any unauthorised access or security breach.
Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
One Account Per User
Each individual may maintain only one personal account. Creation of multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions is prohibited.
4. Google OAuth & Calendar Integration
CalendarHub offers integration with Google services. By connecting your Google account or Google Calendar, you agree to the following:
Authorisation
When you connect Google Calendar, you authorise CalendarHub to read your calendar events for conflict detection and availability calculation, and to create calendar events on your behalf when meetings are booked.
Google's Terms
Use of Google services through CalendarHub is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
No Guarantee of Availability
CalendarHub's Google Calendar integration depends on Google's APIs, which are provided by Google and subject to change. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes to Google's services.
Disconnection
You may disconnect the Google Calendar integration at any time from Settings → Integrations. CalendarHub will cease accessing your Google Calendar data upon disconnection.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CalendarHub only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam) or harass others
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or CalendarHub systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
- Use the Service for illegal activities including fraud or impersonation
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without authorisation
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use automated means to create accounts or generate bookings fraudulently
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.
6. Booking Pages & Public URLs
CalendarHub assigns you a public booking URL at calendarhub.in/book/[username]. By publishing this URL you understand that:
- Any person with the link can view your available time slots and submit a booking request.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your availability settings and meeting type descriptions.
- CalendarHub is not liable for meetings booked by third parties through your public booking page.
- You must not configure booking pages in a way that misleads or deceives bookers about the nature of the meeting.
7. Intellectual Property
CalendarHub IP
All intellectual property in the Service — including software, design, trademarks, logos, and content created by CalendarHub — is owned by or licensed to CalendarHub. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as strictly necessary to use the Service.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create within CalendarHub (meeting descriptions, custom form fields, etc.). By submitting content to the Service, you grant CalendarHub a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Feedback
If you submit feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate such feedback without any obligation to you.
8. Privacy & Data
Your use of CalendarHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using CalendarHub you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. CalendarHub complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023.
9. Payments & Billing
Free & Paid Plans
CalendarHub offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features and plan details are described at the time of purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Renewals & Cancellations
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused periods.
Refunds
Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be submitted to support@calendarhub.in within 7 days of a charge. We review each case individually and reserve the right to decline refund requests.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
CalendarHub is a scheduling tool and does not guarantee the occurrence, quality, or outcome of any meeting arranged through the platform. We are not responsible for the actions of meeting participants.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CALENDARHUB AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR INR 1,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages; in such cases the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CalendarHub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Termination
By You
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Upon deletion, your data will be scheduled for removal in accordance with our data retention policy.
By CalendarHub
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if continued access would pose a risk to the Service or other users.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will continue to apply.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
15. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation by contacting support@calendarhub.in. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of CalendarHub after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
